The company was founded in 1971 by Robert Grissinger and Dwaine Johnson. In 1993 the company was purchased from the remaining founder Bob Grissinger by Dave Andersen and Joe Quinn. The current management team is led by the 3rd generation owners of Joe Quinn President, Tom Quinn Vice President/Treasurer, and Jay Scott Vice President/Secretary.
